Service was excellent. The tech Bryant explained everything thoroughly. Kim at the front desk was also very pleasant and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service! Wonderful company all around!

Product or service reviewed: Air Conditioner-fan on unit

I'm a new customer and I would personally like to thank Brad for great customer service. He called before he came to my house and was there at the exact time he said he would be. He was such a great guy to talk with and he didn't try to sale me products I didn't need or try to perform unnessary services. Ferrell's is a great company, very fast and dependable. I will recommend them to anybody.

Product or service reviewed: Checked unit for problems

Brad and another technician responded within two hours of our call. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with our heating and air conditioner unit and make recommendations for our heating and air conditioning needs. We will definitely recommend Ferrell's Heating and air to our neighbors and friends. Thank you!!

Dear Kenneth Ferrell,

I would like to thank you for an all around job well done. After I lost my job, my furnace decided to quit working too. Losing an income made the price a big factor in which Heating and Cooling Company I would choose. Out of seven estimates your company was the least expensive. The price was what was quoted at the end of the job and quality was not suffered, quite the opposite actually. My Carrier furnace is a dream, heating my house quickly and quietly.

What really impressed me though was your team's workmanship. I was pleased and surprised when my furnace was installed with such speed. When I was told possibly Friday, and they came a day earlier how could you not be excited? Being done ahead of schedule I expected to come home and find a big mess or shoddy work. Instead I came home to find that your team went above and beyond.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new Carrier Hybrid Heating and Cooling System. You installed my new system in September, 2010. From that date to the current reading on my gas meter on March 15, 2010, my gas bill was $1030.00 less than the same time period the previous year. I can definitely see my new Carrier System paying for itself.
